Newport SLSC Recovery Session - Sunday 24th of March, 2013
On Sunday 24th of March we attended the launch of the Newport Surf Racing Academy. Before the squad joined members and guests in the clubhouse Nick Carroll put them through a training session that was termed a 'recovery session' due to the team having competed the day before. More about this great initiative can be read here and these pictures demonstrate how hard team members work in the sequance seen.
